Anonymous interaction counts

We count interactions with examples, PDF previews and purchase buttons to understand which explanations are useful. These are approximate event counts, not verified people, purchases or individual journeys. Automated or repeated interactions may still affect them.

Our own counter stores only the UTC date, event type, product, a broad traffic source and one of a small set of campaign labels. It does not store IP addresses, names, emails, customer messages, raw URLs or persistent visitor identifiers. No analytics cookies are set. A session-only browser flag separates our quality checks; it is not sent as a visitor identifier. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected by this counter.

The counter is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare also processes network requests to host and protect the website; those network statistics are separate from our interaction counts.

Payments and email

Stripe processes purchases and subscriptions on its checkout. Protected product access uses payment confirmation and a temporary access cookie. Information you voluntarily send by email is used to respond and provide support. The custom application form prepares a draft in your own email app; it does not automatically send it.
